Rita Vinieris Fall 2013: Sparkling Architecturalism

THE SHOW: Rita Vinieris Fall / Winter 2013

KEYWORDS: Classic. Architectural. Beaded evening wear.

THE LOOK: Classic evening wear with subtle architectural twists. Elegant gowns with intricate beading. Shift dresses. Classic cuts with a twist.

HAIR: Hair tied back into a severe bun with a tuft of hair pulled out at the side to soften the look.

THE MUSIC: Romantic, classic, and Parisian. “Zou Bisou Bisou,” “Dance With Me” by Michael Buble, “Moon River” and a song played on a static track giving a musical edge to the otherwise purely elegant presentation.

STANDOUT PIECE: A gold pailette gown that swished with a metallic titillating chime as the model sashayed onto the presentation platform. The pailette bodice gave way to a light-as-feather beaded skirt that seemed dipped into a pot of liquid gold.
