MID WEEK MOTIVATION: A Little Life Editing for More Fulfillment

1. Who Surrounds You? Everyone comes into your life for a reason, but it is up to you to discern whether or not they are there temporarily or the duration. Keep those who enhance who you want to be, love you unconditionally and support your dreams. Then respectfully, let go of those who aren’t life lifters, learn the lesson they brought into your life and move on.

2. Organize and Purge. The place you call home should be your sanctuary, where you are restored and rejuvenated before stepping out the door again to take on the next day. So what better way to create a sanctuary then to establish a clean, de-cluttered environment. Less is more – in your closet, on the walls, in the cupboards, on the tables – and if you find after paring down that you have enough for a yard sale, why not make some extra cash, or donate it to a local second hand store.

3. Choose Foods that Work For You, Not Against You. Your body is a machine. How it functions, how it looks and how it feels is largely based on what you eat, so edit your cupboards, your grocery list, the choices on the menu and put your best-health as a top priority.
